the dog walker on Sunday 10/13

Chester and Bailey - I saw them last night and again this morning.  They wrestled around in the yard last night (which I stopped because they were too close to the brick wall and I was afraid Chester was going to fall.)  He didn't seem concerned at all but I was!  I took them for a short walk this morning after breakfast. Ollie, Fozzy and Sunny - I am going to stop back by again mid-morning to check on Fozzy.  It was so dark this morning when I was there I couldn't see his leg very well.  I want to make certain it is okay.

Sadie and Millie -  Millie had peed again when I got to the visit last night.  The midday person was there at 1:30 and said they'd had a bunch of water after their walk and I got there just after 8pm.  They both peed on the walk this morning 2x and Sadie pooped but Millie didn't.

Strega, Sun, Nebula and Nova - They are all loving meal time.   There weren't as many bowl hopping attempts yesterday.  They all finished at about the same time.

Chester and Bailey - they are are great.  I saw them yesterday for dinner and we took a little walk.  This morning Chester was stiff (I'm sure from sleeping all night long) so we went out in the backyard 2x.  I fed them breakfast and gave him both his pills. Sunny very close up :)

Ollie looking all innocent.... trouble-maker!! :)

Fozzy, Ollie and Sunny - Crazy Ollie snuck through the hole in the screen as was on the porch when I went back to check on Fozzy this morning.  When I put the spray on Fozzy's hot spot, she winced a little bit so I'm guessing it is tender.  It isn't oozing anything or bleeding but her fur around it was wet so she must be licking it.  I put the cone on her too.

Millie and Sadie - So sorry I didn't post yesterday.  They are fine, Millie is loving meal time and both are loving their walks.  When I got there last night, someone (Millie) had peed on the floor in the kitchen.

Nebula, Sun, Nova & Strega - they were all just great yesterday.  I fed them, gave Nebula & Sun their meds per your note and I scooped their box.  There wasn't much in there to scoop.

Yesterday morning I wrote the post, went to publish it on the blog and I got an error message that our broadband was down.  The post didn't post. :(  However in looking this morning, a draft of it was saved so I just posted it now.  Sorry for the delay.  Part 2:  I should've looked at the entire post before posting it.  The picture of Chloe saved and the first few words, that was it.  I re-wrote a shortened version and posted that for yesterday. Chloe - I just got back from a long walk with her.  Ben had been out on his morning walk in front of us so she had lots of sniffing to do!

Ursa - she got lots of loving this morning.  After breakfast and going outside, she wanted to come back in the house so we did and I rubbed her head.  She loved it!

Chloe - surveying the yard Chloe - After our walk this morning, she was really excited to go out into her yard.  I'm guessing she wanted to sniff around and see who might have been back there overnight.

Ginger - she has enjoyed her walks and I have too!  It's such a great neighborhood for a dog walk!

Ursa - she is loving meal time.  I got her to run around the backyard a little bit too!

Video of Jay chasing the tennis ball Jay and Chloe -The link above is a very short video of Jay chasing the ball.  Emma was throwing it for her.  The still shot of the video is awesome: Jay's ears flying, tennis ball in her mouth as she is running back to Emma but it doesn't seem to be showing that on youtube, only on my phone.  Wonder if I can turn it into a pic (that is probably way above my technical ability.) Needless to say, Jay LOVED Emma and I think Emma had loved her too!  Chloe got some lovin' from her too.

Bailey - one of the most photogenic dogs ever!!

Chester and Bailey -Chester seemed a little "gimpy" to me yesterday afternoon and evening so we've been taking shorter walks.  He still wants to go, bless his heart so we do but I'm just not taking them very far.  I've been giving him his meds.  I let him wander around the yard too while I toss the ball for Bailey.

Holly - she followed me back into the house again this morning so I'm sure the next visit, she will be ready to stay outside in the yard.
