Snow update: south Charlotte probably has 3-4 inches of snow, maybe a little more. The roads are pretty clear though. The main roads are easy to drive on and the side roads aren't bad. If the snow doesn't melt today and the temps drop really low tonight, tomorrow morning could be hazardous trying to drive. I hope everyone makes it home as planned but please let us know if you can't. We don't want your furry kids to go without care. I've already called many of you to check in b/c of the weather.... Safe travels to all! Tiger Lily - She was really talking to me this morning. I think she really misses you but she is doing just fine. I gave her lots of lovin' while I was there and she took her medicine okay too.
Nas - He must've been sleeping in his bed when I pulled up. He came out when I opened the door. I fed him so he ate a little bit while I was there and I refilled his water too.
Boston and Sox - I will see them around noon and probably won't post a note until much later today or perhaps after tomorrow's visit.
Winters and Nixon - what a fitting name Winters has today. Here is Laura's visit yesterday: Merry Christmas to Winston and Nixon! It is finally snowing tonight (will take pics tomorrow morning). Winston and Nixon don't seem to mind one bit. In fact, they seemed even spunkier tonight as they chased each other in circles around the yard as they snow was coming down. Well, it was more like Winston was chasing Nixon. Winston kept trying to get Nixon stirred up about something. Whatever it was, they looked like they were having a great deal of fun! I can't wait to see how they will act when there is even more snow on the ground tomorrow.
