Chester & Bailey - I hung out with them for quite awhile last night. I had 2 visits that weren't very close together (as far as my arrival time) so it just made sense for me to get to your house a little earlier and I knew Chester & Bailey would like it too! I threw the tennis ball for Bailey, I rubbed on Chester (outside so the fur was flying out there!) and then we went inside. I read for a little bit and Bailey & Chester played tug a war with one of their toys. This morning we walked around the park, Chester pooped. They got to see a couple of joggers so they were happy about that. Shorter walks the rest of today...it's going to be hot! 2nd and 3rd visits: short walk at lunch time and for the dinner visit, I threw the ball for Bailey a few times and as I was writing the note at your house, I was sitting in the leather chair and Chester just curled up at my feet. Of course, he got some belly rubs! Sparky - I hung out with Sparky for awhile last night (see my above note. :) ) I'd stopped by mid-afternoon and put her in the house so I she got some outside time and we were inside the house some too. I found her brush in her "box" and brushed her outside. I found the purple toy and I put some of her food in the end of it. She is smart.... she walked around for 20 minutes picking it up and dropping it on the floor to get the food to come out. I was impressed that she knew that it would come out that way. It kept her occupied for awhile too! :) 2nd visit: I dropped in about 2:30pm and put her in the house.
Scoobie - Scoobie was doing just fine. He was cautious with me again but eventually he came around and we went for a walk both at lunch time and at dinner. He pooped at lunch time but only peed during the 2nd walk. It looked like he'd eaten a little bit of his breakfast but not much. I fed him dinner and gave him a treat before I left.
Jackson - He stood and then sat on your back steps for awhile this afternoon before he went out exploring the yard. I saw that large bag of pupperonis....... he won't run out for awhile now! btw - I am sitting at my house eating a popsicle as I type this. Ever since I had one at your house, I've been eating them. They are very refreshing!
Quigley and Jackson - I walked up and they were both sleeping... some watch dogs! haha! They did bark like crazy when they finally saw me. I let them out back as soon as I came in and Quigley pooped. They came in and wrestled for a minute and I managed to get Jackson's collar/leash on him Apparently, Quigley wanted to take him for a walk. They wrestled for several minutes before they settled down and I could get Quigley's leash/collar on. They did pretty well on the walk.... much improved over last time! :)
