Spot and I had a nice run this morning. It was a little longer and our pace was a little slower it seemed like. It was humid so we just took it easy which I enjoyed. I think Spot did too. He peed on everything :) and of course he pooped too. He proves it everytime we run together, all dogs that run will poop during the run!
