pet sitting on Saturday 1/15
Sparky - She is crazy. I've never seen a dog love to be outside so much. I stopped in around 8am (I waited b/c it is so cold out.) Let her out, she ran around, peed and then bolted for the door so I could feed her breakfast. As soon as she snarfed it down, she ran to the front door to be let out. I let her out and I'm thinking, it is really cold, surely she'd rather be inside. She'd taken her bone out with her and laid down (I was glad she wasn't laying in the snow) and chewed on her bone. That's where I left her. I did take her water bowl from inside and put it outside. The outside one is frozen. So.... I go to my next visit and I'm thinking about Sparky. On the way back, I stop back by your house to check on her and she's happy as a clam. (I would've put her inside if she acted like she was freezing and then stopped back by in a few hours when it warmed up some and put her back out.) She seemed totally happy to be out and I know you know that but I was worried about her (that's just what I do.... worry.) Sigh. :)
Madison and Murphy - I fed them (and added water to Murphy's), scooped the box while they ate and I added a little bit of water to the fountain. I sat down in one of the chairs and Madison immediately came over. I pet her and brushed her. Murphy came over too and I brushed on him. Then I grabbed the green feather. Wow... Madison really attacked it. I was laughing bc I wasn't expecting that from her. She was funny!
Winston - I was trying to get pictures of Winston enjoying the snow.... he's a big big guy and I was sure to stand out of the way. :)
