the dog walker and cat sitter on Thurs 3/25

Benjamin, Frankie and PJ - We all slept well last night and everyone was doing just great this morning.  I brushed Frankie and Ben last night.  (Although I'm not so sure I did such a great job.)  I will give it another attempt today.  I had to laugh this morning.... I'm snoozing away and my alarm clock this morning was Ben:  his 2 front paws jumping up on the bed this morning as if to say "it's a new day... rise and shine!!!"  It was 6:33am... he was ready to get up and thought that I should be awake as well.  Have I mentioned I love my job?  Is there a better way to wake up in the morning than Ben as my alarm clock?  I love it and he did make me laugh.  When I looked at the clock, I got a little concerned that I hadn't heard PJ yet... did I lock PJ in a room unknowingly last night?  No, I didn't.  There was still some food in his bowl last night when I went to bed so perhaps that little trick worked.  Ben, Frankie and I had a nice walk this morning.  It was a little warmer, no jacket required.  Both pooped too.  I put the trash out last night and I remembered to empty the trash can in the backyard.... I was afraid I was going to forget that one.... the most important one to dump!!  I found the sheets for the downstairs bedroom too although I wasn't sure I was going to find them.  It took me a moment to notice the closet door on the other side of the dresser!  2nd & 3rd visits:  I stopped by around 12pm to see if the maid was done b/c I was going to let the dogs out.  She was still there but I let them out for a potty break.  I'm so glad I did.  Frankie had really bad diarrhea in the yard.  I was in the area and saw the maid leaving just before 4pm so I stopped in again and let the dogs out.  I went ahead and fed them dinner (I cut back on Frankie's food) and then we all went for a walk.  I learned on the walk that I am pretty strong.... we ran into the goldens out being walked by their pet sitter.  One of them immediately started barking so Ben did too.  He was pulling and really wanted to get close to them.  I'm sure it was quite the sight for people driving by.  I asked the other pet sitter to turn around which she did (we were fairly close to the main entrance.)  We got back to the house just fine.... my nerves were a little rattled though :) Brady & Ferguson - the boys were content to roll around in the grass today.

Louis, Sunny & Lola - they're all so cute and sweet.  Louis wanted to bark at one of the nearby workers of course!  Louis was laying in the sunshine in the house when I got back inside from walking Lola.  Lola wanted to play.  Louis let her walk all over him and bite his ears.  He's a good boy!

Steve - Steve and I went for a walk today and he got to say hello to a guy working a couple of houses down.

Max - Max was snoozing pretty hard when I came in today.  He did get up and got outside to pee.

Cleo - Her tummy was rumbling again today so when we were outside, all she wanted to do was eat grass.  She did of course pee and she pooped too!
