Cleo saw your neighbor as soon as we went outside and that was her focus the entire walk.  (She did pee at least.)  We walked over to your neighbor's yard (because Cleo let me know she wanted to go over there) and she got to say hi.  The neighbor went inside and so I coaxed Cleo to walk a few steps and then the neighbor came back outside so again, all of Cleo's attention was on her.  We walked just a little bit and headed back for the house.  She did want to eat grass while she was outside.
