I didn't know that Doggie Joggers existed.  Here's a link to the Online Pet Store where you can find them.  They're very similar to the ones I've seen carrying small children.  This jogger will carry a dog up to 30 lbs.  One of my clients has this and her elderly daschund loves riding in it.
